Helpful Information
Setting up the home is important to create a lasting first impression.
A photo ready home not only helps to sell, but to keep the appointment times low. As I walk through the property to set up, if needed, I will temporarily move distracting items to keep the photos clean. I also bring a small clean up kit to remove smudges or sweep up debris. Before I leave, I will make sure I leave it as it was upon arrival.
Payments & Cancellations
When your photos are finished, I will send an email that will give you a chance to preview, purchase and download the full gallery.
If plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. If I'm on my way or at the property, a travel fee will be applied.
